We target strategic opportunities in the multifamily and medical sectors with deal sizes ranging from $5million to $75million, with an emphasis on cash flow. We buy, build and value-add to create a portfolio that grows in value through project interventions and increased rental rates, while producing distributable cash flow to stakeholders.

Our vision is to create a $1 Billion portfolio of assets over the next 10 years. To do that, we have partnered with like-minded private individuals as well as institutions like Morgan Stanley, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
